Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes, you can! Just enter the recipient's address for shipping and your address for billing.
We can’t include messages in the package due to our external fulfilment partners—sorry!
Why is Spongeee good for the planet?

Unlike the 1.6 billion synthetic sponges sold globally each year, which are made from non-biodegradable polyurethane and contribute to plastic pollution, Spongeee helps reduce landfill and ocean waste.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order lets you purchase items before they arrive at our fulfillment centers. We’ll ship them as soon as they’re in stock, typically around the date listed on the product page.
How does delivery work?
Orders usually ship within 72 hours. You’ll get an email with tracking details once it’s on its way. Items may ship from different locations to speed up delivery.
Shipping times:
- Express: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch
- Standard: 2 to 8 business days after dispatch
What to do if my order hasn’t been delivered?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, contact us for help. We can initiate an investigation with Australia Post. Note that investigation times may vary, but we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
What is your return policy?
Not loving your Spongeee? No worries! We’ve got a super easy return and refund process. Just email us at hello@enjoy-spongeee.com within 30 days of receiving your order, include your order number and details, and we’ll sort you out with a return label and cover the postage.
Returns are only accepted if the product is mostly unused (less than 25% used). For example, if you’ve used two out of four Spongeees, we can’t accept the return. Faulty items are an exception and will be refunded per consumer laws.
